I am also happy to finally announce the date for our first livestream session with a registered nutritionist Amy Goldsmith. Please save the date and join the session.
She will go live on our instagram page on Dec 4th at 4:30pm EST.
The topic is
“How to nourish your body through the day with a little appetite.”
It will be a 45 min educational session plus 15 min for questions and answers.
