🧩 “I feel it in my body… but I can’t name it.”

That’s still valid. 💛

Grief doesn’t always arrive as a clear thought or emotion. Sometimes it shows up first in the body — a tight chest, a heavy stomach, a lump in the throat, warmth behind the eyes.

Some grief is pre-verbal. It’s sensation before it becomes language.

🌬️ Breath can help you stay present with what you’re feeling without forcing yourself to explain it, fix it, or find the perfect words.

Try this for 2 minutes:
✨ Inhale for 4
✨ Exhale for 6
✨ Notice the body and gently name the sensation:
“tight” • “heavy” • “warm” • “hollow” • “tense”

You don’t need to understand the whole story today.

👉 Just name one sensation. Not one story.
