For my PEANUT ALLERGY PATIENTS: I was informed by a patient of a contamination/mis-labeling incident that I am reporting here to warn others. If anyone has purchased Signature Select Chocolate Chip cookies from the Safeway bakery in Middletown within the last 1 week, there may be a risk of contamination with peanut. I have contacted the bakery already to resolve the issue moving forward.
