I’m incredibly excited to share that I was selected to serve as part of the medical staff for the World Athletics U20 Track & Field Championships!🏆

I spent six unforgettable days in Oregon, surrounded by some of the most talented young athletes from around the world and an incredible team of sports medicine and performance professionals.

For me, this was more than an opportunity—it was another step in the journey of doing what I love: helping athletes recover, move, and perform at their highest level.

From working with athletes locally to stepping onto the world stage, I’m grateful for every experience that has prepared me for moments like this. 🌎💜
