My name is Dr. Kat Holland and I am a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy and orthopedics! I offer a mobile/concierge PT service called Pelvic Grace PT and Wellness! I treat an array of issues including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, orthopedic pain (back,hip,knee, etc) and many other musculoskeletal issues! I also help with birth prep during pregnancy and any postpartum issues that may arise.
