I used to believe feeling unseen was something that happened to me.

Over time, I realized something much deeper.

Sometimes an experience awakens an older wound, and for a moment I lose connection with the part of me that already knows I matter.

This realization changes my relationship with emotional activation, uncertainty and myself.

The Eclipse is one of the most personal reflections I’ve written. I follow one emotionally activating experience as it leads me into a much deeper relationship with myself. Along the way, I discovered a framework that continues transforming how I understand these moments and how I return to myself.

I feel this New Moon and Total Solar Eclipse in Leo reaching into the parts of me that are ready for greater creative expression, sacred visibility and deeper support.

With the eclipse activating my natal Saturn retrograde in Leo, I have been reflecting on the structures I created around being seen, trusting my authority and receiving support. Some of those structures helped me feel safe. Now I am considering which ones can hold the fuller expression of who I am becoming.

I returned to an unfinished reflection I began in March and discovered that its meaning was still brewing within me.

We each carry needs, desires and versions of ourselves that may be asking for our attention. What becomes possible when we create space to listen? 🧐🧘🏾‍♀️🧞‍♀️✨

Water moves through our cups, meals, baths, tears, bodies, rainfall, rivers and oceans. Water nourishes life, carries purpose and invites us into relationship.

Blessing water can begin with a prayer, a song, a breath or a hand resting near the vessel. It may also arrive through the body with feeling, focused presence and slow movement. Some days I speak directly to the water. Other days the blessing lives entirely within my body.

I choose what receives access to my energy.
I release with trust and return to my center.
I stay connected while honoring myself.
I place the phone face down, sip my tea and welcome spaciousness.
