The benefits of black cumin seed. The literature shows that it may have a large impact on thyroid health, helping to lower antibodies against TPO (thyroid peroxidase) an enzyme responsible for creating the metabolically active thyroid hormone. This is primarily the mechanism of the known Hashimotos autoimmune thyroiditis, the most common form of thyroid dysfunction in the U.S. It also lowers something called VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) which is what allows the production of new blood vessels to feed thyroid cancer. It also attempts to normalize TSH levels which stimulates thyroid hormone production and increases the metabolically active T3 hormone. It doesnt stop there it also is a good metabolic stimulant helping with weight loss.

For three cents a day, black cumin may improve our cholesterol and triglyceride levels, blood pressure, and blood sugar control, as well as accelerate the loss of body fat. https://see.nf/3SV68dN

Pain involving the arch or midfoot can make walking, exercising, and even routine daily activities uncomfortable.

Many people assume arch pain is simply a result of standing too much, but several different conditions may contribute to symptoms. Changes in foot mechanics, arthritis, repetitive stress, structural differences, and overuse injuries can all affect the arch and midfoot region.

Flat feet (pes planus) and high arches (pes cavus) can alter how forces are distributed throughout the foot during walking and other activities. In some cases, these structural differences may contribute to pain, fatigue, instability, or abnormal stress on joints and soft tissues.

Because several conditions can produce similar symptoms, identifying the source of pain is an important part of the evaluation process. At Stine Chiropractic Clinic, evaluation includes a thorough orthopedic and neurological examination to help determine contributing factors and guide individualized treatment recommendations.

Many people are surprised to learn that a heel spur may not be the actual source of their heel pain.

Heel spurs are bony growths that can develop where the plantar fascia attaches to the heel bone. They are commonly seen on X-rays and are often associated with long-term stress on the tissues of the foot.

Interestingly, some people with large heel spurs have no symptoms at all, while others experience significant heel pain without a noticeable spur. This is one reason why imaging findings should always be considered alongside a patient's symptoms and physical examination findings.

At Stine Chiropractic Clinic, evaluation focuses on identifying the structures contributing to pain and determining whether symptoms are related to plantar fasciitis, fat pad syndrome, Achilles tendinopathy, or other conditions affecting the heel.

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. Many patients describe discomfort with their first few steps in the morning or after sitting for extended periods.

The plantar fascia is a thick band of connective tissue that helps support the arch of the foot. Repetitive stress, prolonged standing, changes in activity levels, foot mechanics, and other factors may contribute to irritation of this structure.

Although plantar fasciitis is common, not all heel pain is caused by the plantar fascia. Because several conditions can produce similar symptoms, a thorough evaluation can help determine the source of pain and guide appropriate treatment recommendations.

At Stine Chiropractic Clinic, evaluation includes a comprehensive orthopedic and neurological examination to help identify contributing factors and develop an individualized treatment plan focused on reducing pain and improving function.

Heel pain is one of the most common causes of foot discomfort, but plantar fasciitis is not the only cause.

Several conditions can produce pain in and around the heel. Plantar fasciitis often causes pain with the first few steps in the morning or after periods of rest. Other causes may include fat pad syndrome, Achilles tendinopathy, bursitis, or irritation of structures near the back of the heel.

Because many heel conditions share similar symptoms, identifying the source of pain is an important part of the evaluation process. Understanding which tissues are involved helps guide treatment recommendations and activity modifications.

At Stine Chiropractic Clinic, heel pain evaluations include a thorough orthopedic and neurological examination to help determine the cause of symptoms and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Foot pain can make walking, exercising, and even everyday activities uncomfortable.

What many people don't realize is that similar symptoms can be caused by very different conditions.

Pain involving the heel, arch, ball of the foot, or toes may arise from orthopedic, neurological, arthritic, or overuse-related conditions. Because treatment recommendations often depend on the underlying cause, identifying the source of symptoms is an important part of the evaluation process.

At Stine Chiropractic Clinic, foot pain evaluations include a thorough orthopedic and neurological examination to help determine which structures may be contributing to pain and dysfunction. Once a diagnosis is established, treatment recommendations can be tailored to the individual patient and condition.

If foot pain is limiting your daily activities, an evaluation may help identify the cause and guide appropriate treatment options.
