A big thank you to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office and Officer Fleming for stopping by Morningside House of Spotsylvania!

Officer Fleming took the time to educate us about Project Lifesaver and the benefits it can provide for our senior population, especially those living with memory loss. We’re grateful for the valuable information and for the continued support of our local law enforcement in helping us keep our residents safe.

Our Passport to Adventure: Texas State Fair was one for the books! From fair food and games to live country music, we had the BEST time traveling to Texas right here at Morningside!

And not every day do we get to say we had a country music star join us! A huge thank you to Faron Hamblin for bringing his talent, energy, and some good ol’ country music to our celebration! 🎤🤠

But the fun didn’t stop there… our amazing ED, Joy, was willing to take one for the team and got PIED to help us raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association! 🥧💜

Everything’s bigger in Texas… including the fun!

Join us Thursday, August 20th from 2–4 PM as we travel to Texas for Spotsy’s State Fair! 🎪🐂

We’ll have delicious fair food, games, prizes, and plenty of fun! 🌭🍭🎟️

And we’re extra excited to welcome special guest performer Faron Hamblin, who will be bringing the music and good vibes from 2–4 PM! 🎸🤠🎶
