Sometimes life asks us to trust a path we never would have chosen ourselves.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been listening closely to my body and trying to give it the time and care it needs. While I’m still recovering, I’m thankful to finally be having a few better days and hopeful that I’m beginning to turn a corner.
With that has come a difficult decision.
I’ve decided to step away from teaching my weekly classes at Good Foundation and Blossom Yoga.
If I’m honest, this isn’t how I imagined saying goodbye to those weekly rhythms or to all of you. I would have loved the chance to share a few more classes together and close that chapter in person.
The hardest part won’t be leaving the schedule. It will be missing the people. Thank you for making those spaces feel like community.
This isn’t goodbye, though.
I’ll continue sharing nervous system support, reflections, and resources here, offering private sessions as I’m able, and collaborating with both studios through workshops and special events in the future.
I’m also still hopeful that we’ll gather together for Moon Medicine on August 23. 🤍
We also have so many wonderful yoga teachers and studio communities here in Fredericksburg. If you’re looking for a class while I’m away and would like a recommendation or help finding a good fit, please send me a message. I’d truly love to help you stay connected to your practice.
Thank you for continuing to walk through this season with me.
I’m so grateful you’re here.
