Tonight we honored mama moon.

We danced, using the breath to move deeper into our bodies. We sighed out anything that was no longer aligned with our future selves. We de-armored, letting down walls that no longer protect us, but instead keep us from stepping outside of our comfort zones and surrendering to the sweet, graceful fall into the unknown. We let it go.

Planting seeds for our futures. Stepping into the feminine. The goddess. The shakti energy. Generating magic from our feet all the way through our crown.

Wishing nothing but abundance, success, laughter, and happiness to you all. May this new moon bring you close to your highest potential & future self ✨🩷

It was so wonderful seeing so many smiling faces present for our collaboration event with the amazing teams over at & .co. Thank you all for coming out and sharing your energy as we celebrated all mom’s and enjoyed the lovely spring weather! 💜

Yesterday was our Aquarius, priestess, astrology, and activist Queen, Kayleah’s birthday! To know Kayleah is to feel held, seen, and truly loved and empowered. This is shown throughout her practice of yoga on & off the mat. To say I am grateful for Kayleah and the energy & vibe she brings to the studio would be an understatement. So happy birthday (belated 😅) to our girl!

Also wishing a very happy birthday TODAY, to the cutie girl Brittney on Kayleah’s left. If you’ve been to any of Kayleah’s classes, you know her! Always inspiring us all to continue to work hard, smile, keep reggae on a constant loop, and to never ever give up. She also helps keep the studio in order when we have a beautifully crowded yoga room 😋🥰 Fun fact, 5 years ago when I met Brittney in my tiny massage room, she told me to dream bigger, to think THIS year, not 5 years from now. To make it happen. A forever cheerleader she’s been for me. To see how far we have both come since then is so special.
