Come meet our new team member!
BRACHA ENDZWEIG, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC - Many people come to treatment feeling uncertain about what is happening, frustrated by previous experiences, or unsure if their symptoms have been fully understood. My goal is to provide clear, structured psychiatric care where patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their treatment from the start. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults in New Jersey. I treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other psychotic disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, trauma-related conditions, behavioral concerns, and substance use disorders. My approach is centered on shared decision-making. I work collaboratively with each patient to develop a treatment plan that reflects their symptoms, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I prioritize helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options so they feel confident and involved in choosing a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their needs. I have clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings, working with patients across a wide range of psychiatric conditions. This background supports a structured and individualized approach to assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. My focus is on providing respectful, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve stability, improved functioning, and long-term progress in their mental health.
