At Body Mechanics Rehabilitation & Wellness, we are always looking for ways to improve your experience and provide the highest quality care. Over the next few weeks, we will be transitioning to a new electronic medical record (EMR) system that will also include updated billing, appointment reminders, and a new patient communication portal.

As we make this transition, you may notice a few changes, including:

* Updated billing statements or payment options
* Invitations to register for our new patient portal

While we are working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our goal is to provide you with an even better experience through improved communication, easier access to your health information, and more efficient service.

Please give a warm welcome to our newest member of the team! Landon Zastrow is going to be a sophomore at Ohio Northern University where he studies biology (pre-med) and exercise physiology as well as being a member of the football team. Landon is interning and also shadowing here for the summer. One fun fact him is that he can say the alphabet backwards, how neat! His favorite food is Zastrows Popcorn! 😍
