Alyssa works with teens (16+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She takes a client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and creating a space that feels supportive, comfortable, and judgment-free.

While Alyssa is newer to MI Journey Therapy, she brings 6 years of experience as a therapist, with a strong background in trauma-informed and attachment-based care.

As a mom herself, Alyssa has a special passion for working with pre- and post-pregnancy moms and new parents. She understands how much can shift during that time, and how important it is to have a space where you can be real about what you are feeling.
