I was reminded today as my friend, miles away, injured herself, that I can do remote healing. I don’t have to be with you. We live in an energetic world and sometimes we get entangled in energetics that don’t support our wellbeing, or we get injured, like my friend.

In addition to massage, I work with people clothed and clear old energies. This is a different experience. You are on my table and I open tissues to release blockages and get your Life Force going strong. This is great for people that don’t want oil on their skin, wish to be clothed and want some support for healing. Here's a little history...
I went to Brenneke School of Massage in 1994-95. I worked professionally in the Seattle area, doing everything that I could to help everyone while not realizing my limitations as a sensitive person. I had to step away from the work and learn about how to sustain my own energy while giving so much.
I met Dr. Dan Lewis who taught me how to feel the Life Force Energy flow down the spine. I took that information and built on that knowledge and then felt called back into massage therapy.
I developed a way to combine the 2 modalities, looking at the way the Life Force flows through the body and how it will change with injuries, stuck emotions and restrictions.
By working in this multi-layered practice, I can support the person in a way that massage therapy alone does not address. Clearing out old energy, moving the stories that we have collected and stored in our bodies and replacing it with a "Yes I can", makes for a potent outcome, allowing the person to live it out, more fully.
