From primary care services to specialty care, we provide expert, convenient care to communities throughout northwestern Illinois. FHN is the only healthcare provider in our service area that offers affiliations with all three major hospitals in Rockford, Illinois, as well as with the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. When severe weather moved through the area a few weeks ago, a school bus stopped at Mercyhealth Hospital–Freeport seeking shelter during a tornado warning.

Our team was proud to open our doors and provide a safe place for the students and driver until the storm passed. ❤️
