We are currently seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and kind-hearted Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs) to join our clinical team for evening and night shifts. As a CRMA, you are a vital link in our residents' daily wellness.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
• Attentive Care: Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and mobility with dignity and respect.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Observing residents for any changes in physical, mental, or emotional well-being and communicating updates promptly to the nursing supervisor.
• Community & Connection: Building meaningful relationships with residents, offering a listening ear, a warm smile, and a helping hand.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
• Certification: Valid State of Maine CRMA certification is required.
• Experience: Previous experience working in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care is a big plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn matter most!
• Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Heart: A genuine passion for working with the elderly population and a reliable, team-first mindset.

April has been blooming with fun, laughter, and creativity here! 🌸🐰

We kicked off the month with an Eggstravaganza Easter celebration, complete with an Easter egg hunt and “Pin the Tail on the Bunny.” Smiles were everywhere as residents, staff, and families joined in the fun!

Our residents' creativity has been shining bright with beautiful spring paintings and a hat pin/magnet craft. 🎨🌼

Behind the scenes, our amazing team has been growing too! We hosted a week-long Employee Skills Fair, filled with learning, collaboration, and a shared commitment to providing the very best care.

To wrap this week up, we treated our hardworking staff to a Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Appreciation Lunch—because nothing says “thank you” like comfort food made with love. ❤️🧀🍅

And a special musical performance for our residents & staff this afternoon from Jay Staples 🎙️🎶

🌷 March Activity Recap 🌷

What a wonderful and busy month we had here! 💛

We kicked things off with a Tea Party Hat Making activity, where everyone designed their own stylish creations—perfectly paired with our lovely International Women’s Day Tea Party. It was a beautiful celebration filled with laughter, connection, and appreciation. ☕👒

The fun continued with our St. Patrick’s Day Scavenger Hunt 🍀, followed by some festive Spring Headband Making to welcome the new season, and some wonderful musical entertainers. 🌸

One of the highlights of the month was a special visit from Leaping Frog Farm —our residents loved meeting the new bunny!

We wrapped up the month with a Bake Sale 🍪

Thank you to our amazing residents, staff, and community for making March so memorable.

We can’t wait to see what April brings! 🌼

As part of a strong clinical team, providing amazing care and support to our Residents, we invest in your future and allow for the ability to grow and build a career with us!

Responsibilities of our Cooks include but not limited to:
* Reviewing menus prior to preparing food
* Inspecting special dietary trays to assure they are correct
* Preparation of cooking and service of variety of foods
* General cleaning up of kitchen
* Assuring that food supplies for the meals are readily available
* Every other weekend required
