I’m moving out of the Dome. It’s been a beautiful healing space but the owner needs the space and now I’m moving my practice to my home. I can hold yoga class in Krape Park either on mats or trapeze. Meditation too!

Aromatherapy Linen Spray
Have you ever walked into a space and it smelled musty? Or walk into your bedroom and it just smelled a little yucky?
I love to spray essential oils into my space to freshen the air, and bring a little scent to my rooms. Linen sprays are safe to spray on fabric and the essential oils kill germs and literally grab the bacteria molecules and nutralize their smell.

You will need a bottle of Rose Water. This is very inexpensive and the best place to purchase is at an Indian grocery store like Patel Brothers or a local store. Use a spray bottle and fill with rose water. Since it is a hydrosol there is no need to add anything like alcohol; the oils will blend with a little shake.

Here are some of my favorite linen spray blends:
Purification
That is the best blend that Young Living Essential Oil Company makes. I use it for many other uses, like wound healing, mosquito and spider bites and to "purify" the air.

Citrus Fresh
You can also add Bergamot with it or use it alone. Citrus oils will calm the mind and I like this blend better than using Lemon alone. Most pets do not like Lemon at all, but Citrus Fresh is very delicate scent. Always use unadulterated oils that are pure especially when breathing them.

Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, and Lavender
Using Lavender alone is always a good idea! but when you add Ylang Ylang you have a strong sedative. Use this spray on your pillow before bed as well and you will sleep very well. Tangerine kills germs and has a lovely citrus scent that you can enjoy anytime. Spray on pillows and linens just before you make up the bed. Allow to dry then make up the bed as usual.
