What a paws-itively wonderful celebration we had at Wilson’s 1st Birthday Pawty! Our residents were excited to join in the fun as we celebrated our favorite four-legged friend turning one!! With plenty of smiles, laughter, treats, and tail wags, it was truly a ruffing good time for everyone who came. Wilson soaked up all the love and attention, and TREATS making memories that will have us barking about this special day for a long time to come! 🐾🎂🎉

Some of our talented ladies enjoyed a creative Sunday afternoon making beautiful artwork! Using dried flowers, decorative gems, and colorful summer designs, they each created unique masterpieces that showed their creativity. Activities like these not only encourage self-expression but also bring smiles, laughter, and conversations among friends. We would like to recognize and congratulate a few of our dedicated staff members as they begin an exciting new chapter by serving our country in the United States Navy and United States Air Force. While we will certainly miss them, we are incredibly proud of their commitment, courage, and willingness to serve. Our June Birthday Social was a wild adventure with a fun Safari theme! Residents enjoyed celebrating together while surrounded by safari-inspired decorations and festive treats. A special thank you to Emma, who handcrafted our amazing safari jeep display. Her creativity and talent brought the theme to life and made the celebration even more memorable for everyone.

We were honored to have Les Wilson join us on Memorial Day to share his wonderful music and entertainment. He has brought joy, smiles, and a special sense of community as we gathered together to remember and honor those who served our country. Les has been coming to our facility for years now and he is apart of the WinnPrairie Family, we are so happy to of had him here today! ❤️🤍💙

This Memorial Day, we are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to walk in the Freeport parade and honor the brave men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom. It was a meaningful experience to stand alongside our community in remembrance and support of those who served our country. We are proud to celebrate the spirit of Memorial Day and reflect on the courage, dedication, and patriotism that this day represents. ❤️🤍💙

Our gathering last week was a remarkable learning experience, thanks to Dale Anderson's generosity in sharing his metal detecting journey with us. He offered in-depth guidance on assembling and operating a metal detector, including selecting the right settings for different targets and deciding when to dig. Furthermore, he shared stories of his numerous adventures, and it was inspiring to see his passion for metal detecting shine throughout his presentation! Thank you Dale!
