Today, I had the honor of working with 6 beautiful souls, and I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. ❤️

Every person who walks through my doors is more than just a client. You are a soul with a story, a journey, experiences, emotions, and a heart that deserves care.

I am beyond grateful that you trust me to be a small part of your healing journey. 🙏🏽✨

And something that touched me deeply today were the messages I received to share with some of you. Sometimes the words that come through are exactly what someone needs to hear at that particular moment. Being able to pass those messages along and watch them bring comfort, clarity, validation, or even a little bit of hope is something I will never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for opening your hearts.
Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you, even if only for a moment in your journey.

The term “shadow work” is being thrown around a lot lately.

But true shadow work is not simply journaling about your feelings, posting a quote about healing, taking a spiritual bath, or saying, “I’m releasing what no longer serves me.”

Shadow work is about self-examination—not an excuse for abuse or criminal behavior.

SHADOW WORK IS INTERNAL WORK.

And it is work you ultimately have to be willing to do for yourself and within yourself.

Another person cannot do your shadow work for you.

A healer cannot do it for you.

A Reiki practitioner cannot do it for you.

A tarot reader cannot do it for you.

A spiritual practitioner cannot remove every uncomfortable emotion or pattern so you never have to face it.

We can support you. We can create a safe space. We can help you become aware. We can help you regulate, reflect, release, and reconnect. But we can NOT DO THE WORK FOR YOU.

Tomorrow, we turn the page to a brand-new month.

September is your reminder that you don't have to carry everything from the past into your future.

Some things were meant to teach you.
Some things were meant to strengthen you.
And some things were simply meant to be released. 🍂

As we step into September, take a moment to ask yourself:

✨ What am I ready to let go of?
✨ What deserves more of my energy?
✨ Where am I ready to grow?
✨ What does my soul need right now?

This is your permission to slow down.
To protect your peace.
To stop pouring from an empty cup.
To choose yourself without guilt.
To heal without rushing the process.

🌙 May September bring you clarity where there has been confusion, peace where there has been chaos, strength where you have felt weary, and healing where your heart has been hurting.

Release what no longer serves you.
Make room for what does.
Trust that new beginnings don't always arrive with a loud announcement—sometimes they begin quietly within you. 🤍

New month. New energy. New intentions. New possibilities.

Let September be the month you come back to YOU. 🌿
