I built The Yoga Haven because I needed a place to breathe, and somehow you all walked in and made it something I never could have built alone.

To my beloved students — you showed up. On the hard days, the heavy days, the days you didn't want to come. You rolled out your mats in a space that started as a dream I wasn't even sure I was allowed to have, and you made it real. You made it matter!! Thank you ✨️

The Yoga Haven was never just a studio. It was a room full of people who trusted me — with the body, with the breath. I will carry every single one of you with me always.

My family is stepping into a new chapter, and I'm choosing to walk toward that with the same intention I brought to every class I ever taught. This is what it looks like to love something enough to also know when it's time.

Come as you are... authentically.
That was always the invitation.
And it still is — wherever we go from here.
This is only the beginning... 💚
