Priya Living An Active Adult Community Featuring The Modern Indian Lifestyle! Priya Living Fremont is very special. Art is a central element of the community.

Located in one of the most culturally exciting locations in the Bay Area—sandwiched between Fremont and Milpitas—you’re surrounded by rich cultural amenities, convenience, and distinctive California beauty. Pop over to one of the areas numerous temples, restaurants, commercial centers or local parks. Then, come home to a quiet tree-lined cul de sac with single-family homes and a true neighborhood feel. From the large, contemporary mural created by Bay Area artist Namita Kapoor that is the focal anchor of our courtyard to interior art pieces, Priya Living reflects the creativity that surrounds us. Our 20 contemporary one-and two-bedroom residences—each with it’s own balcony or patio— surround a large open courtyard. In addition we have communal areas and amenities onsite for residents to enjoy:

Media center
Beautiful Ayurvedic garden
BBQ/Tandoor island
Outdoor Lounge and mini park
