Meet Barbara, a longtime Nebraskan now calling Nye Pointe home. 💙

Barbara is from Nickerson, where she spent most of her life living on a farm. These days, she enjoys coloring pictures and has a soft spot for animals.

When asked what she enjoys most about living at Nye Pointe, Barbara did not hold back. "I have a beautiful room," she said. "I like the food, naturally, and the people. I just like it here."

Residents gathered for tea and enjoyed the afternoon together. A warm cup in hand made it easy to settle in and enjoy the company.

Props gave everyone a chance to play along with the theme. Residents posed for photos with them, leaning into the fun and clearly enjoying the moment.

Competitive spirit was on full display at Nye Pointe's chair volleyball tournament. 🏐

Residents competed in teams of three, facing off across a net and hitting the balloon back and forth. Every volley kept them reaching and moving while bringing out everyone's competitive side.
