We have become aware of some confusion regarding the emergency situation that occurred yesterday at Spring Creek healthcare facility in Green Springs.

While Elmwood previously owned that facility many years ago, it has not been affiliated with Elmwood for approximately 10 years. The incident did not occur at an Elmwood community.

Our thoughts are with the residents, their families, and the dedicated caregivers affected by this unexpected situation. We know firsthand how challenging these circumstances can be, and we are hopeful for a safe and smooth resolution for everyone involved.

Thank you to those who reached out with concern for our residents and staff. We are grateful to share that all Elmwood communities remain safe and continue to provide the exceptional care our residents and families have come to expect.
