We provide medically assisted treatment using suboxone sublingual films. This method of treatment is proven to reduce the effect of withdrawal on the patient, as well as help reduce cravings for opioid use. We help any current opioid user 18 years of age or older. The potential patient should be a current opioid user interested in the MAT program. After a brief intake process and medical clearance
, treatment can begin. We work with all insurances accepted by TCHC. If the potential patient is not insured, they are placed on the sliding scale fee for payment. We do not turn anyone away because they can’t pay for treatment. The MAT clinic is located at Mowry II 1999 Mowry Ave. Suite F Fremont, CA 94538.
