🌟Manager of the Month - June 2026🌟

Michael leads with knowledge, patience, and genuine care for the people around him — and it shows in everything he does. Michael is the kind of manager you remember. The one who knows his work inside and out, who makes time for his team, and who you can count on to show up — not just professionally, but as a person.

This month, we're proud to celebrate him as our June Manager of the Month — and we're doing it with full hearts, because we're also saying goodbye. Michael is relocating to Southern California to support his family's military commitments, and while we will feel his absence deeply, we are so grateful for everything he brought to this team and to the people we serve.

Thank you, Michael. For your leadership, your warmth, and for setting the bar for what a great manager looks like. We wish you and your family all the best in this next chapter. 🧡

Her energy is magnetic, and it shows in the people around her.

At the heart of Melissa's work is a genuine belief in people's ability to reach their goals and sustain their sobriety. We're grateful to have her leading the way.

The answers were as unique as the people who give so much of themselves to this work every day — from quiet mornings and long walks to time with family, creative outlets, and simply resting.

Taking care of ourselves is what allows us to show up fully for the people we serve. This month, we're honoring that.

Growing food and green spaces is more than a hobby — it’s healing. Our gardens give the people we serve a place to nurture something, watch it grow, and take pride in the results.
Here’s to getting our hands in the dirt and growing something good together.
