From this view everything looks peaceful and beautiful. However what you don’t see is the struggle it took to get up here. Therapy is very much the same- the journey is a struggle and can be very hard, making you want to turn back, but when you go forward the view is amazing and the road behind you doesn’t have to be the same as the road ahead of you.
