She wasn’t trying to make it a “teaching moment.” She was just tired, washing dishes, and her daughter crawled over to play.

That’s the thing about connection and language-building — they rarely happen on a schedule. They happen in the dishwasher. The diaper change. The five minutes before bed when you’re running on fumes.

You don’t need more time in your day. You need help noticing the moments you’re already in — and knowing what to do with them.
