The TALK Team: Creating communication for all children The TALK Team: creating communication for all children... opened in 2006, The TALK Team focuses on the whole child and all areas of communication!

We are certified and licensed speech language pathologists and behavior analysts with over 20 years of collective experience. We currently offer individual therapy sessions focusing on language development, early intervention, feeding, oral placement and apraxia, articulation, language and literacy, fluency/stuttering, and behavior management. We incorporate movement, physical play, multisensory i

nput, and hands-on activities into speech and language development. We utilize a variety of research based methods and behavioral strategies in each individualized session. Our main goal in therapy is that our clients learn while having fun! We are also available for consultation, IEP support and review, contract school services, parent education, and professional development training.

Today, we join the world in remembering the incomparable Dolly Parton.

Dolly gave us unforgettable music, stories, laughter, and joy, but one of her most meaningful legacies will always be the millions of books she placed into the hands of children through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

She understood something we hold close at The TALK Team: books are about so much more than learning to read. They build language, spark imagination, create connection, and help children discover worlds beyond their own.

Through the Imagination Library, Dolly helped make those opportunities available to children and families around the world, one book, one story, and one shared moment at a time.

Her voice will be deeply missed, but it will continue to echo through every child who opens a book, asks a question, tells a story, or begins to believe in the power of their own imagination.

Thank you, Dolly, for reminding us that every child deserves the chance to dream.

We’re currently looking for an SLPA to join our TALK team!

This is a full-time, school-based opportunity with a mix of school settings in and around Fresno, competitive pay and benefits, and a school-based schedule. There’s also the option to add clinic-based sessions if that’s something you’re interested in.

One of the things that’s really important to us at TALK is supporting our SLPAs. Supervision isn’t just about signing off on hours. We want our SLPAs to have someone they can ask questions, learn from, build their clinical skills and confidence with, and genuinely feel supported by as they grow in their careers.

We also offer opportunities for continued clinical growth and partial tuition reimbursement for qualifying SLPAs who decide to pursue their SLP degree.

It started with TWO.

Today, our Speech & Admin team lined up in the order we each joined TALK, from our founders to our newest team member. Our teammates who couldn’t be with us in person joined online so they could be part of the moment too. (Not including TALK ABA -
We would have wrapped around the whole building! 😆)

One by one, our story grew.

Every person in this line has helped shape TALK and the families we serve. It’s pretty amazing to see just how far we’ve come, and we’re excited for what’s next!
