At Heart of Occupation, a qualified occupational therapist will provide a thorough comprehensive evaluation to identify a child’s strengths and areas where they need support; the district must consider the results of the evaluation. Through an extensive record review (if applicable), observations and assessments, a Heart of Occupation therapist will build an actionable report including their interpretation, incorporation of record review and interviews, professional observations, and suggestions for services, interventions, and acommodations.
