August 31 is Overdose Awareness Day — a day to remember the lives we have lost, support those who are still struggling, and remind everyone that recovery is possible.

For FA, this day is about more than awareness. It is about putting names and faces behind the numbers, honoring the people we love, and continuing to fight for a future where more people get the chance to recover.

We want to remember them with you. ❤️

If you have lost someone to fentanyl poisoning or overdose, put their name in the comments below. Say their name. Share a memory if you want. Help us show just how many lives have been touched by this crisis.

Every name matters. Every life mattered.

We remember. We recover. We keep going.

Today is Fentanyl Prevention & Awareness Day.

For us, this is simple. Too many people are dying before they ever get the chance to find recovery.

We know what recovery can do because we see it every day. People change. Families get people back. Lives get rebuilt. People who thought they were done find a reason to keep going.

That is why we keep talking about this. That is why we keep opening meetings. That is why we keep showing up for the next person.

Recovery is possible, but you have to be alive to find it.

You can’t recover if you are dead.

If you are struggling, don’t give up. There are people out here who understand, and there is a place for you in recovery.

Heal. Grow. Empower.

The official FA book is here.

Against All Odds was created for our fellowship, for the newcomer walking into a meeting for the first time, for the person who is still struggling, and for every member working to build a new life in recovery.

This book represents what FA is all about: people helping people, showing up for one another, and reminding each other that none of us has to do this alone.

We are grateful to every person who has supported FA, attended a meeting, carried the message, welcomed a newcomer, or helped this fellowship grow. This book would not exist without all of you.

Against All Odds — The Official FA Book is available now on Amazon. 🙏LINK IN BIO

Addiction has changed. Recovery hasn’t.
We’re growing, reaching more people, and showing up where it matters.
No requirements. No judgment. Just recovery.
You are not alone. ❤️

Today is Black Balloon Day.

A day to remember the people addiction took from us.

The friends who should still be here.
The family members we miss every day.
The lives that mattered.

Today we remember them.

If you feel comfortable, say their name in the comments.

Let their memory be seen.
Let them be remembered.

And if you are struggling today, please know this:

Recovery is possible.
You are not alone.
And it is never too late to ask for help.

Keep coming back.

🌟 **Happy Thanksgiving from Fentanyl Anonymous!** 🌟

Today, we gather in gratitude for our journey of recovery and the strength within our community. Each day presents a new opportunity to embrace healing, hope, and connection.

🙏 Let’s take a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made, the battles we’ve fought, and the support we’ve found in each other. Together, we can overcome the challenges and celebrate the victories—big and small.

💜 To all those on their path to recovery, remember: you are not alone. Your resilience inspires others, and your story matters.

Wishing everyone a safe and joyful Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and gratitude. 🍂🦃✨
