Everyone is different and I try to individualize everyone’s care. Some people may have hormone imbalances, or anemia, vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, or more. The key to it is stop guessing and get help.

This is one of my favorite cases from last year. I received a call from a friend regarding a 90 year old grandmother that was ill and did not want to “die alone” in the hospital. I was called and did a home visit which required home oxygen, steroids, antibiotics etc. I’ll admit the following 2 weeks were scary. But with a lot of care and prayer she survived.

The great grandchildren flew in to see her as things originally looked bad. They sent me this picture and it melted my heart.

It’s been a rough year. And times are rough for many still. This picture, this case, this family reminds me that all will work out eventually. It’s important to love and forgive. Thank you Miller and Martin family for trusting me with your family.

Lastly it’s a reminder to check in on your elders. Learn from them. Slow down. Be thankful for them while alive and after. Happy holidays.

Today she helped me with blood pressure checks, blood draws, an endovenous laser ablation, and even placed an IV on me (all in half a day 😅). She also got to see the importance of committing time for community health. Pastor Mathershed even brought us a sweet potato pie to say thanks!

She’s a graduate from Clovis North and is going to be an amazing physician in the future.

Great meeting Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Carpio-Bracho. They both specialize in sports medicine and handle everything from musculoskeletal and sports injuries as well as concussion clearance and management. They also do X-rays, casting, etc that can save you time rather than going to the ER.

Look forward to supporting them and please give them a follow as they plan on getting really involved with the community.

Had an awesome dinner and supported our local restaurant .restaurant with Jake and Nikko.

This past season I’ve helped with their health but also have developed a friendship with these two men. They have played their hearts out and given the Central Valley hope, inspiration, and happiness. Some of the best comeback games I’ve ever seen were these past two years.

Like artists these athletes leave their all for fans/people/haters to critique, support, and be entertained. And when the season looked difficult and many of us lost hope they kept working, kept healing and kept believing. They are Mountain West Champions! Please help me thank these two men for representing Fresno State Football so well. Best of luck on the bowl game

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) allows patients to be in a 100% oxygen environment. Usually the air we breath is about 21% oxygen. By increasing the pressure the molecules decrease in size and the oxygen is dissolved into all of the body’s fluids. The oxygenated plasma, CNS fluid, bone, lymph all increase the body’s own healing process to all the damaged tissues.
