You should see a Chiropractic Doctor at least once a month.
Chiropractors specialize in diagnosing and treating problems related to the spine, joints, and nervous system through manual adjustments, manipulations, and other non-invasive techniques.
The spinal cord and 31 nerves are protected by the spinal bones. When the vertebrae malign because of stress or accident, the spinal nerves, which transmit impulses from the brain to the body, get damaged, stressing and interfering with the nerve impulse to control all organ and body functions. Also the mechanical movement of the vertebrae will not move properly and will eventually develop arthritis and disc decay.
Going to a Chiropractic doctor will correct the abnormal alignment and restore normal mechanical motion and reduce nerve interference.

Why Chiropractic Care is good.
Your spine has 24 vertebrae and when the vertebrae go out of alignment, the 2 vertebrae lock up and mechanically don't move.
That causes the disc , between the 2 vertebrae, to dry up. It is the mechanical movement which hydrates the disc. Without movement the disc dries up and develops into arthritis. Then muscles in your back spasm. The nerve exits between the 2 vertebrae get damaged. The nerves allow the brain impulses to control the functions of the organs and body. When damaged your body malfunctions and your health declines.
Going to a Chiropractic Doctor 1-2 times a month will prevent spinal Arthritis and disease.
