We invite you to take part in a survey about Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) rights! Your feedback will help us: Make education about your HCBS rights better, help policy makers understand the needs of people with disabilities, and teach people how to advocate for their rights to be respected.

The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It will not ask for your name and no staff, providers, or people who support you will see your responses. You will have a chance to win a Doordash gift card from Alo Consultation!

Interested in learning about different types of visual supports?
Need to make a visual schedule, communication board, or other visual, but need help getting started?
Working on making Picture Communication Symbols, but ran out of Velcro and laminate?

Families, caregivers, CVRC vendored providers, & community partners are invited to a visual supports make & take event. Learn about different types of visual supports, and how to make them. Materials and light refreshments will be provided.

Registration in advance is encouraged (helps us make sure we have enough materials), but not required.
