A California lifeguard training team. We train lifeguards to be their best, all the time. We issue Red Cross certifications in lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid.

Top Guard Training is a team of four California lifeguard trainers - Jerry and Sarah Reid, Jason Rich, and Mike Bowman. We also specialize in In-Service Training, crisis management, water safety, and team building. We pride ourselves with over 30 years of combined lifeguard and aquatics training. From community pool management, to open water training, to white water rescues - there isn't a situati

What a fun weekend training the team at the Central Coast YMCA, serving the communities of Salinas, Monterey Peninsula, and San Benito County! 🙌☀️

The crew brought great energy, worked hard, and made the weekend a blast. We also learned an important life lesson along the way: a cheese pizza paired with an In-N-Out Burger is a combination worth talking about. 🍕🍔🔥

Congratulations to all of the newly certified lifeguards! We’re proud of the effort you put in and excited to see you helping keep your communities safe this summer.

This past weekend, we hosted lifeguard certification courses in Maricopa and Taft — and we’re excited to welcome 18 newly certified lifeguards to the team! 🏊‍♂️🛟

These students showed incredible dedication, teamwork, and determination as they trained to become rescue-ready for the summer adventures ahead. 💪🌊

Because of their hard work, our communities will be safer while everyone enjoys the sunshine and water this summer. ☀️
