I haven't been posting here but I wanted to let locals know that I'm now teaching TWICE a week, Wednesday and a Friday mornings at 8am . Sign up on their website (linked on their page).

⭐️ Plus I'm still teaching Monday evenings 6:30pm 's magical geodesic dome. No need to sign up, just come a few minutes early. Park in lower lot, walk up hill and you'll see the dome to your right. It's donation-based and all donations go to a different nonprofit each month. For example, May's went to Veterans for Peace, June's went to The Trevor Project, and July's will go to our very own

⭐️ Oh AND I recently facilitated a Biodynamic Breathwork group and it was so successful we're doing one on July 17th and another on August 21st, both 6:30-8pm. It's donation based but sign up on their website.
👉🏽So put it on your calendar and keep an eye out for the poster!

Of all the people we should be listening to, learning from, and standing with now more than ever, I'd say the Indigenous peoples of these lands should be top of the pile. For so many reasons.

The irony that I€E is targeting people whose ancestors have been here for thousands of years is 🤯 .. and also unfortunately not surprising. So many ironies going on.

This is what I was up to last week 💖 It only took us 25 years to get our sh*t together and find each other again 😜 It's never too late to live your best life. It's never too late to choose love and magic. Life is short, it might as well be extra sweet 💫

And just like that ... I'm settling into home again and looking forward to seeing all the lovely faces of my "clients" (side note: we need a better word). I feel rejuvenated, filled up, and inspired to reengage and be of support in the ways I do best, and for that I am deeply grateful.

And....Break is over!
Classes start again this Monday! The season, the weather, the state of the world ... It's a PERFECT time to commit to taking extra good care of your body 🌟 My body neeeeeds it after the time off, OOF 😅 But I got married and it was magical so it was worth it I guess 😆🥰 (Yes, I'll share a few pics).

No need to sign up, just come a few minutes early. Come as you are, modify as you need to, keep doing it, stick to it, and you'll absolutely get stronger and feel all sorts of good 🙂 And before your know it you have a new lease on life ... and you're hooked! Let's do it! 💪🏽

Hi y'all. I'm taking some time to recharge. During this time I'll be taking a break from social media, emails and phone. I'll still get texts. I'll be back Dec. 4th and back in the office Monday Dec. 8th.

Pilates classes will start back up Monday Dec. 8th as well. See slide 2 for December Pilates classes schedule. They'll continue to be held at 's Dome.
