Please join us in welcoming our newest teacher to the Sundance schedule on Tuesday evenings!
James embraces both the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga and believes yoga can help channel healing energy through the body. A recreational runner and vegetarian, James has seen how a regular yoga practice can support fitness goals and improve quality of life. His classes (and personal practice) combine meditation with functional strength training, with an emphasis on core strength.
Join James for Beginner Movement and Mediation on Tuesday evening and be on the lookout for upcoming additions to our weekly schedule!

Next Saturday we will be partnering with Route2Recovery Pelvic Floor PTs for a specialty workshop to strengthen and work towards repairing pelvic floor weakenss and dysfunction.

Sundance Yoga Studio: Friendswood, TX will be hosting a donation based class on July 18th at 1pm in support of The Headstrong Project. This non-profit organization provides mental health treatment for active military, veterans and their families. Also a great time to try a class with our amazing teacher Eric.

This Monday, we spotlight a beautiful soul and member of our Sundance kula for 22 years, Rhonda. She shares that her yoga practice at Sundance Yoga Studio and the community she has been part of at the studio has been a big part of her healing after a major loss. Rhonda expressed her love for our wide variety of specialty teachers and classes and a couple of her favorite poses. We are so fortunate to have you, Rhonda💕🕉 Thank you for being the light that you are and shining to others any chance you get.
