We are often very critical of our bodies. Which makes sense given ’s constant messages to shrink ourselves and make ourselves smaller. Here’s a reminder 💜 to be kind to your body and give gratitude to all it has carried you through in life. I hope you find ways to move your body joyfully, and learn to have a healthy relationship with food.

I’m happy to announce that I’m officially a business owner! This week, I opened my therapy practice, Fellow Traveler Therapy & EMDR Consulting, PLLC. I’m currently accepting new clients. I have an office in Frisco for in person sessions and offer telehealth sessions for any Texas residents. I specialize in EMDR, DBT, Couples Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health.
