Meet Henry.
Henry didn’t book out his appointments for the Holidays.
Henry got the emails to book, he saw the posts from Andrea. He meant to book on his end. But unfortunately he got behind and now sadly doesn’t look too hot anymore! Henry is upset there is no openings anymore and now has to unfortunately be on a wait list and book out 3 months. Henry didn’t get upset with his therapist, he got upset with himself.

And I understand! Life gets busy. Let’s just not blame the person trying to help Henry and keep Henry on a care/treatment plan.

I’ve been trying to avoid the ‘ber’ months but I think they are finally here! Don’t get me wrong I love the summer but I was a little over with those 105+ day stretches. 😅☀️

It’s that time of year again! Aches, pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, eating inflammation foods and drinks, and family visiting and people going out of town. I have limited hours during the week of Thanksgiving and will only have about 4 slots available that week. Christmas week is the same as well. If you need extra care between these months, I encourage you to book a 60 minute session in between. Members get the membership price. It’s a good way to get by for the stressful but jolly season! 🍁 🎅 🎃 I am looking forward to seeing everyone again this Monday!

Vacation is coming to a wrap! We had the best time recharging and connecting as a family on our first family vacation together! I can see why everyone loves Florida and they call it ‘Paradise’ to me it was more than paradise. I was able to reset my body and connect with myself on a deeper level. Being In a town made me realize how much I go go go all of the time and how city life can be a lot of hustle. We shared delicious meals, partook in a dolphin cruise , swam in the ocean, did some shopping, walking around piers, and interacting with the locals! We haven’t vacationed in 5 years and it was definitely what we needed. At first it was hard to disconnect from the world but after about a day or 2 I started to relax. I think it’s time to start planning our next vacation soon. 😏 Emerson had the best time and kept asking ‘ Can we move here?’ He loved the ocean and the boats so much. Until then, it’s time to start making the drive home. So very grateful for his experience! 🦀🐚🏖️
