Meet Tania and Alex ✨ they’re searching for a surrogate
We’re Tania and Alex, a fun-loving couple from Albuquerque, New Mexico. We met through friends during grad school at Florida State University. After two years of long-distance, with Tania at Indiana University and Alex at Boise State University, we finally landed jobs together at the University of New Mexico. We absolutely adore our two fur babies: a precious Shih Tzu (Waffles) and a sweet kitty (Sushi).
Tania is a psychology professor, who teaches about personality and social behavior and researches women’s friendships, competition, hormones, and mental health. Alex is a research scientist who evaluates programs that help people stay out of jail. We love our jobs, and the flexibility would allow us to spend plenty of time at home with our future baby.
We are curious, sweet, cheery, and adventurous. Together, we love hiking, camping, traveling, baking, and listening to podcasts. Alex is currently training for a half marathon, while Tania is obsessed with traveling and books every girls’ trip she’s invited to.
Unfortunately, after a few years and several unsuccessful embryo transfers, we believe surrogacy is our only hope of becoming parents. We often talk about the life we dream of sharing with our baby, including hiking, camping, singing (not well!), cooking, and lots of adventures. We will forever be grateful for the beautiful person who could help us make this dream a reality.
