Want to address body image before something happens that rocks it?? Have a pre teen or teen 11-17 and you know it’s something they struggle with or you do and want guidance navigating those conversations and moments as effectively as possible?

Join us here. Listen to snippets of what it’s like to have help from therapists who have worked with eating disorder at the highest level of care and support families where they are vulnerable and give parents the tools to do just that without our help, and help your teens to build a strong sense of self on their own and resource you when they need or want to.

We want better relationships either each other and ourselves. We can do that alone, nor should we.

Raising kids with good character, raising kids to build internal security so they know who they are and how to show up with strength in their lives starts with little moves like this.

I help families build internal security within each member and build strong relational security together. This is whole point of my work- build strong relationships, strong individuals and that leading to showing up within our community.

Proud parent moment here but to me a little snapshot of a bigger picture we’re all working towards as parents.

My son said “it’s you and daddy holding hands because you love each other.“

If I can give my children a home where they see a couple’s love modeled, where they know their parents love one another and them, where even in stressful life seasons they don’t doubt love between us or with them….we’ll be breaking generational cycles and healing patterns.

That’s all we all want right? Appreciate our parents, their lived experiences and the generational growth and betterment they gave us AND continue that + more.
