Pain relief is not always about repairing damaged tissue. Sometimes, it is about changing how the body processes pain.

At Vail-Summit Physical Therapy, cupping therapy is often used to help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support recovery by influencing the nervous system, improving circulation, and decreasing muscle tightness.

Pam earned both her Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and has been part of the VSPT team since 2013. She is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is certified in Level 2 dry needling.

From skiing in the winter to mountain biking, hiking, and camping in the summer, Pam truly lives the active Colorado lifestyle she helps her patients return to every day.

Matt is an experienced outpatient orthopedic physical therapist specializing in post-operative and sports medicine rehabilitation, with a strong focus on helping active individuals get back to the activities they love most.

With expertise in working with endurance athletes including cyclists, runners, and mountain athletes, Matt treats everything from overuse injuries to shoulder and rotator cuff conditions. His hands-on, individualized approach is designed to restore strength, mobility, and confidence so patients can return to the mountains safely and perform at their best.
