Dr. Deleski is energized by helping clients to understand, pursue, and achieve what is important to them. She is here to help you to clarify your goals, challenge you to make your goals happen, and support you so you can stay the course to success.

Dr. Deleski is the founder and co-owner of NPCS and currently serves as our Executive Director.

Dr. Deleski works with couples and individuals 16 and older and has expertise in working with clients on:

You know the drill - it's time for one of our most important yearly reposts!! As we head into a long weekend full of outdoor fun (and a few more months of this ~unbearable~ heat), we wanted to share this important safety reminder for our friends taking anti-depressants:

If you are taking sertraline, citalopram, duloxetine, fluoxetine, mirtazapine, or any other SNRI/SSRI, you are more prone to overheating and dehydration. Please stay safe in the heat by staying in the shade, staying hydrated, and wearing sunscreen🌞

Today, we celebrate a pivotal moment in history, honor freedom and the African-American journey, celebrate resilience, and reflect on the ongoing fight for racial justice, community healing, and equity for all.

Our lives are shaped by our lived experiences and the lived experiences of our family and friends before us and around us. It is important for us to recognize the harm that historical trauma, inequities in the healthcare and mental healthcare systems, and the current political climate has on the mental health of Black communities.

In honor of Juneteenth, we want to uplift a few of the incredible organizations and resource groups that are working hard to help Black communities access the mental healthcare they deserve:

New Perspective Counseling Services (NPCS), a thriving mental health practice in North Texas, is looking for a Front Office Administrator for our Frisco Office. This position is part-time, with flexible hours, and reports to our Director of Operations.

Key job responsibilities include:
▪️Answering inbound calls and emails from clients, providers, and community partners
▪️Scheduling new and active clients for appointments
▪️Greeting clients in the office and alerting their provider to their arrival
▪️Verifying insurance benefits
▪️Maintaining client accounts by obtaining and updating personal and financial information
▪️Clerical work as needed to assist providers (faxing, filing, scanning, etc.)
▪️Protecting client's rights by protecting confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
▪️Assisting the Leadership team with other projects as requested
