There is a difference between making the chest bigger and making it better.
Pectoral augmentation is not a “pick a size and place an implant” procedure at SCULPT.
Dr. Beck evaluates the male chest as a three-dimensional structure. Chest width, rib-cage shape, existing muscle development, asymmetry, pectoral borders, projection, and how the chest relates to the shoulders and torso all influence the final design.
That is why he often performs custom pectoral implant augmentation.
The implant is designed around the man’s anatomy, not the other way around. The objective is stronger proportion, controlled projection, and a chest that looks integrated with the rest of his frame.
And that male-specific perspective matters.
In an industry largely built around women, Dr. Beck’s work centers heavily on men. Male anatomy, masculine proportion, and male aesthetic goals require a different surgical eye.
Whether the concern is chest development, asymmetry, congenital differences, prior injury, or proportion, different problems deserve different solutions.
Bigger is easy. Better takes a surgeon who knows the male chest beyond the textbook.
