She is only six weeks postop so everything will only get better. Her breasts will soften and round out even more so than they already are. Her abdominal swelling will completely resolve and the shape will continue to improve. The belly button looks absolutely perfect and natural (it does not suck), which I am so proud of. And the lower body lift scar is super low in the bikini line and she will be able to wear anything she wants this summer, including low-cut bikinis. Remember, it takes at least six months to get to your final result. She already looks phenomenal at six weeks so just imagine how good she will look.

Not everyone needs a tummy tuck after having two kids. This 51 year old patient of mine had great skin elasticity after her two pregnancies. This is why in-person consultations are so important. Seeing someone in person helps a great deal in determining if their skin will react well to liposuction i.e. will it tighten adequately. In her case, she was a great candidate for liposuction. Some people have one pregnancy and require a tummy tuck and others can have four and still be good candidates for liposuction. That’s just 🧬 and luck of the draw. She got the look she wanted with breast lift & implants (mastopexy/aug). It’s not uncommon for some young women before having kids to need a lift and not just an augmentation to achieve best results. And what a perfect example here. She specifically asked for the Kylie Jenner implant (445 smooth round moderate plus profile) and based on her body type & measurements they were a good fit. There are 4 factors that that are 🔑 to a beautiful abdominoplasty:

1. Shape/Curves✅
2. Muscle definition/Highlights✅
3. Low scar in bikini line✅
4. Natural bellybutton✅

They’re all necessary and important but the most important is natural bellybutton. It’s the single most factor that prevents women from having the procedure. The reason I think it’s the most important is it’s the most difficult to correct if not done well the first time. I’m not saying bellybuttons can’t be revised, but some can’t be revised. So, the best way to avoid a bad one is to have it done correctly the first time.
