I did not write this book simply to tell others that I survived. I wrote it to share the journey that brought me to the 92nd floor—and the faith that carried me through it.

On September 11, 2001, I was eighteen years old, six and a half months pregnant, and working inside Two World Trade Center.

Twenty-five years later, I am finally releasing the larger story.

On Friday, September 11, 2026—the 25th anniversary of the day that changed my life—I will officially launch 92 Reasons: A Journey of Faith at Café Mila in The Colony, Texas.

Many people know that I escaped from the 92nd floor of Two World Trade Center when I was eighteen years old and six and a half months pregnant. But this book is not only about what happened on September 11.

It tells the story of the journey to and through that building—the people, family, choices, losses, opportunities, and moments of grace that shaped my path, and the faith that carried me through it.

There could be no more meaningful place to launch this book than Café Mila. My parents, my sisters, and the son I was carrying on September 11 are part of the family at its heart. Our family has continued to grow, and it now includes the loyal Café Mila customers who have become family along the way.

One journey. A growing family. One table.
