THIS or THAT: Self-Care Edition 🌳

No elaborate routine required. No “perfect” way to do wellness.

Just one question: What sounds good to you today?

☀️ Wake up early + stretch OR sleep in + take it slow?
🍋 Cold lemon water + music OR hot tea + quiet journaling?
🌿 Walk outside OR stretch + meditate indoors?
🎨 Try a new craft OR try a new recipe?
📖 Read in bed OR candle + bath?

Maybe you’re a little bit of both. We support that, too. 😉

Swipe through and make your picks, then drop your answers in the comments below. 👇

And remember: taking care of yourself sometimes simply looks like paying attention to what you need. Use this list as inspiration for your own ways to create some care for yourself today.

No choice is wrong. Let it serve your peace. 🤍

We have some exciting news to share! 🎉🌿

Our very own Dr. Brian Tregellas (“Dr. T” to so many of you) has been featured in VoyageDallas!

The feature gives a little more of the story behind the doctor you know today: his journey in chiropractic, the experiences that shaped him along the way, and the path that ultimately led him to North Texas Healing Center.

For those of you who have been with us for years, you already know how much Dr. T cares about the people who walk through our doors. And for those who are newer to our NTHC family, this is a chance to get to know a little more about the person behind the practice.

We’re grateful to VoyageDallas for giving Dr. T the opportunity to share his story and even more grateful for the patients, families, friends, and community who have been part of it. 🤍

Head to the link in our bio to read Dr. T’s feature! 👇

And if Dr. T has been part of your health journey, show him a little love in the comments! 🌿

Main Street construction almost killed these small businesses. Let’s all go support them and make sure they can continue to serve our community!
