While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Everything is a choice. choosing your spouse, choosing to love your spouse, choosing to put your spouse first and choosing your marriage. All these choices are important and all of these choices need to be intentional. One thing about marriages you choose to love someone, you choose to be committed and you choose to be intentional. Remember, intentionality does not always come natural so it is something that you have to daily. Tell your spouse today “I intentionally choose you”. I am so excited to announce our 2nd Reconnect event. The theme is The Scent of Intimacy! We all know that they’re five senses with one being smell. Let’s talk about how the sense of smell can lead to one or more of the five stages of intimacy. You can remember when you hear a song and what you were doing, but also you can remember a scent and it will remind you of what you were doing. The purpose of this Reconnect is for you to curate your very own body oil for your spouse what you would like to smell on them and what they would like to smell on you. Registration is now open for The Reconnect to be held in Frisco August 26 at 6:30 PM. Hope to see you there. Link in my bio or on my story.
