Avant Garde Optometry is a high end optical and optometry practice located in Frisco, Texas. We embrace a progressive approach to operating an eco-friendly practice. Just because we are working moms with a crazy schedule, doesn’t mean we don’t get ‘me time.’ This Mothers Day the radio talked about how most moms just wanted 10 minutes to be alone or want at minimum to go to the bathroom without everyone bothering them. That made me sad, because time to absorb, sit in silence, and reflect is extremely important for everyone’s mental health. So don’t forget to schedule that time for yourself!
