I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE BAHAMAS THIS WEEK!

I was there assisting a Dolphin-Accompanied Therapy program, surrounded by some of the best Cranio-Sacral therapists in the world. I will admit, I was a little nervous going in.

And honestly, I made a snap judgment about many of them, and it took a full week to finally notice what was really happening.

Life has a way of becoming a mirror… And when you gently turn that mirror toward yourself, it’s amazing what you can really learn.

Happy first day of summer! What a beautiful day! 🌿

How are you ringing in this wonderful season that’s so full of living, celebrating, and relaxing?

Let me tell you a little story. I’ve been watching this sign at the end of our dirt road being completely overtaken by honeysuckle in full bloom.

Not only is it beautiful to see, but it’s also a great lesson in embracing the wildness of the season. The honeysuckle just went with its instincts and kept growing.
