We’ve cancelled yin for tonight (Tuesday).
We’ll be back in the studio Wednesday for all the things — Rise & Shine at 8 am, Adaptive Yoga at 10 am and Power Yoga at 6 pm.

School's out for summer!
We hope to see our teacher friends, recent grads, and teen students in the studio for yoga this summer.
You can find us on the Mindbody app (look for our introductory offer) or at myrubyyoga.com (where we have class descriptions and more details).
Experience is absolutely NOT necessary -- we offer a welcoming, supportive environment in which to begin or deepen your practice.
Below is our daily schedule for June. We have a ton of special events going on this month as well.
And, we'll be launching our aerial yoga program this summer. Details coming on that soon.

June is gonna be jumpin' at the studio -- and outside of the studio.
We have so many fun, healing ways to embrace the summer season while you reconnect with yourself.
You can sign up now for Beginner Yoga at Sitka Spruce Farm next Saturday. If you're more of an indoor cat, we'll also have a Reiki meditation and sound bath in the studio that evening.
Details will be coming soon for June 20 Solstice on the Shenandoah (fun fact: there will be s'mores) and a petal-filled fun practice at Blooming Wild Flower Farm on June 27.
Mary will return with a beginner mat Pilates class (June 27) and VIA Wellness is back on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
